Ending Fibroids first requires an accurate diagnosis. Many women suffer in silence from Fibroids and don’t even know it. This condition is diagnosed according to the following 4 phases:

The phase of Fibroids does not necessarily reflect the level of pain experienced, risk of infertility, or other symptoms present. For example, it is possible for a woman in Phase 1 to be in tremendous pain, while a woman in Phase 4 may be asymptomatic. Also, if you suffer from Vitamin D Deficiency, our D3 supplement should be added to whichever plan you choose.

What are Fibroids?

Fibroids are muscular tumors that grow in the wall of the uterus (womb). Another medical term for fibroids is leiomyoma or just “myoma”. Fibroids are almost always benign (not cancerous). Fibroids can grow as a single tumor, or there can be many of them in the uterus. They can be as small as an apple seed or as big as a grapefruit. In many cases they can become very large. It is estimated that 70 to 90 percent of women will develop fibroids in their lifetime — however, not everyone will develop symptoms or require treatment.

Types of Fibroids

  • Intramural: Within the muscular walls of the uterus and associated with heavy bleeding or pressure symptoms.
  • Submucosal: Inside the uterine lining abutting the uterine cavity and associated with heavy bleeding, infertility, and miscarriages.
  • Subserosal: Outer wall of the uterus and associated with feeling bulky/bloated and pressure symptoms.
  • Pedunculated: Fibroids on a thin stalk with symptoms based on their location.
  • Intracavity: Occur inside the uterine cavity and typically cause heavy bleeding and can lead to infertility or miscarriages.
